Activities:
To provide for the supervision of boxing, kickboxing, and mixed martial arts competitions and sparring
exhibitions in the state.
Organization:

Composition:
Five members appointed by the Governor. Not all from the same political party. Two initial members
shall serve 3-year terms, two shall serve 2-year terms, and one shall serve a 1-year term. Thereafter,
each member shall serve terms of 3 years, but no more than 3 consecutive terms.
Term of Appointment:
Three years. Not more than three consecutive full terms.
