Activities:
Examination and licensing of persons engaged in professional engineering, architecture, land surveying
and landscape architect.
Organization:
Attached to the Department of Labor and Regulation
Composition:
Seven members appointed by the Governor:
1. Two licensed professional engineers;
2. Two licensed architects;
3. Two licensed land surveyors; and
4. One lay person
Each member shall be a resident of the state. Members may not all be of the same political party.
Term of Appointment:
Three Years. No more than three consecutive full terms.
