Activities:
Investigate and hold hearings on complaints against any Justice or Judge and censure, remove, or retire a justice or judge if warranted. Make recommendations to the Governor for judicial appointments.

Composition:
The Commission on Judicial Qualifications consists of seven members: Bob Morris, Chairman; Timothy Engel, Vice Chair; Hon. Cheryle Gering, Secretary; Hon. Bobbi Rank; Eric DeNure; Raleigh Hansman and Rory King. Two judges of the circuit court, elected by the judicial conference; Three members of the bar practicing law in this state, no more than two of whom may be of the same political party, appointed by a majority vote of the state bar commissioners; and Two citizens who are not of the same political party, appointed by the Governor.
Term of Appointment:
The term of office for a commission member is four years. No person may serve more than two terms as a member of the commission.
